When you buy an original piece of artwork, you acquire ownership of the physical object. The copyright remains with Chloe Bren. You may not rework or reproduce the artwork unless given written permission from Chloe Bren. All rights to the artwork is owned by Chloe Bren, including the right to make reproductions. 

All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs vary depending on location and country fees. All orders of original artworks will be shipped within 5-10 business days. Any commissioned orders will take 3-6 weeks, depending on my queue. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped. If the product is delivered with any damage, please immediately report the issue to me. 

I ship all paintings smaller than a 12x16" in protective plastic, secured between 2-3 similarly sized cardboard sheets. Any paintings larger than this will be shipped in a shipping tube. Each order is handled with great care.
